Wild Horse Creek Retreats
Join us at Wild Horse Creek Ranch for this year’s retreats. The Ranch is located high up in the Pioneer Mountains Copper Basin roughly equidistant between Sun Valley and Mackay, Idaho. Though the mountain scenery is breath taking, the fishing is even more spectacular. Enjoy the North and East Forks of The Big Lost River, Wildhorse Creek, and Star Hope Creek just to name a few of the iconic Idaho streams within a short drive of the Ranch.
At approximately 7000 feet elevation the days are warm and the nights are chilly. In mid-July the snow pack has run off enough to offer wonderful wading opportunities. If you’re nervous about being on the river, have no fear. We pair each guest with at least one fishing friend who knows the streams and where to safely access them to get you onto the fish. Rather not fish during one of the sessions, no worries, we can take you sightseeing instead. There’s plenty to see up there. It’s your time. We’re here to make it as memorable and as enjoyable as possible.
