Meet Our New Activities Coordinator

Hello, my name is Mike Arnold.

I am no stranger to fly fishing and have chased fish my entire life. After being diagnosed and treated for thyroid cancer in 2022, my wife who is a physician, suggested I check out Idaho2Fly. I did, and in 2024 I attended one of their retreats at Wild Horse Creek Ranch as a guest.

This organization, which helps support men with cancer by getting them outdoors on a river or stream with others facing similar challenges, made so much sense to me. After my initial retreat experience, I began volunteering as a fishing friend for new retreat guests. I have enjoyed being a part of Idaho2fly immensely and now look forward to the privilege of serving in a new capacity as their activity coordinator.
