our programs
“Loving life more than ever. Thank you to all involved. I may have cancer but it doesn’t have me!” ~Recent Guest’s Reflection~
What We Offer
Recognizing that outside our of local medical community, few programs exist to provide support for men dealing with cancer, Idaho2Fly set out to change that. We understand the difficulty men have reaching out to ask for assistance, expressing concerns about challenges they face, and seeking community with other men who have or are experiencing cancer.
Our goal is simple: To bring men with cancer together through the sport of fly fishing and a variety of year-round support programs to help them find hope, connection, camaraderie and brotherhood.
Idaho2Fly’s expense-paid retreats offer men with cancer an opportunity to experience the thrill of fly fishing, enjoy spectacular scenery, get away from their day-to-day challenges, and gain a new outlook on life. It doesn’t end when the retreat is over, the gear is packed up and everyone has gone home. Biweekly coffee gatherings, one-day fishing outings and art, photography and fly fishing classes are also available to help keep guests engaged, supported and connected year round. Most importantly, we want you to know — You Are Not Alone!
